2022 Cold Acre Longview Creek Pinot Noir

We have been fortunate enough to work with and learn from Bill & Karen Ashby at Longview Creek for the last decade. Their vineyard sits on the edge of the Macedon Ranges and Sunbury wine regions and was planted between 1988 - 1990. The Pinot Noir was picked in April 2022, fermented with 20% whole bunches and aged in oak (50% new) for 15 months prior to bottling.
