2021 Cold Acre Mount Charlie Pinot Noir

The Mount Charlie Vineyard was established in 1987 by Trefor Morgan and sits at an elevation of 450m on the slopes of Mount Charlie. The Pinot Noir was picked in April 2021, fermented with 20% whole bunches and aged in oak (30% new) for 11 months prior to bottling. The wine was made in collaboration with Mark Tappin and Trefor Morgan.
