2025 Cold Acre Estate Pinot Noir

The Cold Acre vineyard sits at an elevation of 580m, on a north facing slope, in the Macedon Ranges. The close planted vineyard was established in 2006 and farmed with minimal chemical intervention to allow the wines to reflect our unique site. This is our first release of our Estate Pinot Noir.

The wine was picked in March, 2025 and whole berry fermented prior to aging in a mix of new (33%) and season French oak for 11 months.
